So we all remember the end of the school year in Elementary right? Essentially, after the last day of school, you pretty much never see the school again until you have to be dragged back. But now I know a little more about what happens after we leave. How, well, I have family that teach at an elementary so I got to help with her after the year cleanup. Oh my Gee! It's so much work! Apparently kids are extremely messy. Also, there are many things that get used once, then never again in the classroom. So after getting the chance to clean everything up. So I'm a little tired. It's a lot of work. So I'd say, we should be nice to other people, keep things clean. It's less work for other people.
Side note, just read Bubbles' most recent blog post. I don't know why but I laughed out loud for some reason. It's not actually that funny, but I just did.

Phew, long time no see!
Hey people that probably don't read this anymore because I haven't posted for a really long time. But if you still check... Wow, thank you for your devotion. Much appreciation and love from me! A little less love though since I don't know who reads this. Sorry, but there's still love there, so don't feel unloved!
Anyways, so what up with me? I can describe it all in one word. I'd like to be able to convey it in the most epic manner possible, but since I don't know how, we'll just go with bold lettering. The word is:
NOTHING!!!
That's right, I really haven't done much. Been lazy and from what I can see, it hasn't really helped me get anything done. I do have some work lined up and have done a little, but barely enough to be considered in the grand scheme of things. Until today at least. So recently there was a new train station built near my residence. I finally got a chance/reason to walk over there and ride the train! When I got to the station, I struggled to not scream out, "UWAH! Look at the newness!!!" For some reason, I was really excited about the station... Anyways, I have lots of time on my hands and have decided to try to post much more often. Look forward to it people that still read this blog!!! :D

Under Resurfacing
I really hope I spelled that properly... Anyways, so for the next few weeks, I won't get to play tennis as much as I would like. Oh just so you know, I really enjoy playing tennis. It's plenty of fun and I know some games that you can play with lots of friends. I'll tell you about that in a bit. Anyways, the tennis courts that I normally play at are being repaired. They were starting to get all beaten up because people seem to enjoy playing street hockey and soccer on the courts... even though there's you know a field right beside the courts. Hockey I can kinda understand... but not that well. So until their done I have to either go further away to play. Not to mention my usual tennis opponent is busy with work.
As for that tennis game, it's pretty fun but you need to run... LOTS. So you split the group of people in 2. Then they both go to one side of the court. One person serves, then runs to the other side of the court. The person that receives will return the ball and run to the opposite side. And this will repeat. Also, the people will have to line up so that it's one person at a time. Eventually it gets pretty difficult with only 4 or so people left. Yeah, if you miss you "lose a life" in which you have only 3 or 5 depending on how you want to play. When it's down to 2 people you're no longer running around from one side to another, but instead you just have to spin around completely after hitting the ball. Need a better explanation? Let me know I'll try again in another post if this wasn't good enough. Maybe even make a video.... Maybe.

Running out of time!
I need more time!!! I've got so little time, I'll be late! Well I don't think late is the right word... but I think you get the idea. I have something that I said I'd do on a specific date. Unfortunately, I needed to prepare for said date and I have not finished preparing for said date. Now if you're like me you might be sitting in front of your monitor actually saying "what is it you said you'd do?" Yes, I am a bit weird and sometimes tend to talk to myself when I'm reading stuff on the computer. But that's not the point. As some of you may know, I have a guitar and I enjoy learning songs to play. Well my sister noticed me playing a part of Aqualung by Jethro Tull. Well after a little bit of time, I decided I'm going to play this song! And then I somehow got a due date. So know I am trying to finish learning Aqualung for this coming Monday. It's Thursday... yeah I've still got some time, but not that much! And I'm having oh so much trouble with certain parts of the song! Oh and I forgot to mention, I was also supposed to start learning a few other songs. But I really don't think I'll manage to pull those off in time.

Guilty, guilty!
So you know when there's someone that is sick or for some reason or other can't eat? I do! I really dislike it when someone gets sick enough so that they can't eat anything. Especially when they live in the same house as you. The reason? Well if you didn't get it from the title of this post, it's because I feel all guilty or just plain bad when everyone else eats breakfast/lunch/dinner/dessert(did I spell that right?). This doesn't always happen when people are sick either. An example, a trip to the dentist in which the person gets work done and can't eat because they were either told not to or are so numb that the food would just fall out of their mouth.
I don't really know why it bothers me so much when this happens. I don't think I'm rubbing it in their face that I can eat but they can't. In fact, I'm pretty sure its very obvious that I feel really bad that I'm eating and they aren't. Ugh, it's just so unpleasant. Knowing that they can smell the food or hear you eating just gets to me. Knowing that they had to leave the room because they couldn't stand the smell of food for one reason or another gets to me. Bah! Thankfully, people that I live with don't tend to run into this kind of problem very often. It's rare that someone is that sick or has some kind of other reason for not being able to eat.
When I get sick, I just hope that no one feels as guilty or as bad as I do when they get sick. If that were the case, then I'd feel bad for putting them in that place. Not that I get sick on purpose. *sigh*
Conclusion: Apparently it's very easy to make me feel bad or feel guilty about something.......lame!

For Dad
Although not serious, my Dad has come down with a bit of some unknown illness. The reason I say it's unknown is simply because I'm not too clear on what it is. My Dad knows, my mom knows, I don't. I think it's either a cold or a bit of the flu. Either way, he's out of commission for a bit until he recovers. So this post is just to say, I hope you get better soon Dad. Even though I don't think you actually read my blog. I get the feeling only one person even bothers to occasionally glance over it. And I think I know who it is. But still, get well soon Dad!
On another note, I have this assignment for one of my classes, I haven't really even looked at it yet, but apparently it's tough. Also it's due this Friday so I guess I'll be working on that for now. I don't know why, but it feels like the weeks have been speeding by. I will look at my watch and see it is Monday, then again later and it will feel like Tuesday, but it's actually Thursday. Why!? I've heard of time flying when you're having fun, but I can honestly say that fun isn't the first thing that comes to mind when I think of school...

3.20
Yup! 3.20. That's the GPA that I've been told I'll need in order to get where I want in terms of my academic career. Which is less than good because currently, I'm below 3.20. Also, I don't even know if I'm taking the right courses... And to add to that, I've been told that the academic advisers at my school aren't very good. This is rather troubling.
Oh well, I'll just take it in stride... if that's the proper way to use that saying... if it's a saying at all...
Now about today, I wrote a test in Macroeconomics and I'm not too confident about my answers in one of the written response questions. Actually, I'm pretty sure I just got it wrong. I just kinda started putting really random things there in hopes that I got it right. I know that it isn't the right way to do it but I did it anyways. Also, after the test I tried looking it up in my text book and still have yet to find the answer to the question I was looking for. I hope it's ok though. I'm pretty sure I did well enough on the rest of my exam so that I can help my GPA get a little closer to that 3.20.

Sleepless in the City
So I definitely did not come up with the name of this post myself. So no credit to me for the title T-T. Oh well, it doesn't really matter that much anyways. So I'm finally starting to blog again. So as you may have already guessed from the title of this post, I'm tired, and haven't been sleeping much. The reason? Well let's just say it has alot to do with the previous post. In case you forgot or are so extraordinarily lazy, I've been falling a little bit behind in my studies. Therefore, trying to catch up on assignments and prepare for exams is tough. Also being as lazy as I am, it is proving to be quite the challenge. So sleep is something I am starting to have to sacrifice. Bah!
Also, I'm pretty sure I never posted this, but I finally got my driving license! Woot! Now I can legally drive a motor vehicle without supervision from a person with their license. Which is great, though, I'm pretty sure I'm going to get lost... a lot...

Stressed for no reason...
So lately I've been buried with work. All schoolwork but still work nonetheless. Anyways, I won't get into too much detail as to why there's been so much. Suffice to say, I may have fallen a bit behind with my studies due to how lazy I am. Anyways, so just this weekend there I thought there was an assignment due today. To which I was panicking and trying to get it done in time. When I get to school, I'm told that it isn't due until tomorrow. I reply with, the usual, "What!? Really?!" Then I look it up and find out... wow, it really is due tomorrow... Just to let you know, my grades haven't been suffering too much because of my falling behind but I think I should do a better job of keeping up from now on. Don't worry I'm all caught up.
As a quick side note, I am still a little angry about losing an hour because of daylight savings...

Reading Week!
It's Reading Week~!
Hooray, no going to classes for a whole week! But then again, I still have work that needs to be done. Bah, that makes this whole reading week a little less great. But still it's nice to have. I'm not really sure if this is true or not, but I was told by a friend the reason why reading week is at this particular time of the year. I was told that it was found that post-secondary student suicide rates are higher around this year. So in order to rectify that, they put in a week long break for stressed students to catch up on their studies or rest a little.
I'm going to be using my break to do a little of both. I have reading and work to catch up on, but I'm also going to be resting up and relieving stress from the year. Although, I fear I may end up doing more resting and less studying/working. I have a tendency to lose track of time when resting. So I'll start at 1:00 and then when I decide to stop and get to work, it's already 5:30.
Another plus to reading week. Friends that are studying at post-secondary schools around the country come back home! So I get to see my friends again. This is always a nice thing.
Well looks like I'm out of time and need to go! Where I'm going is a secret! See ya!

Windows!
To what am I referring to? Of course I mean glass windows! The kind that you usually find in homes and various other structures! Why? Because I can! That is the subject of this post! Windows! Now the actual reason is because my family is getting the windows on our home redone. Well, really, we're just getting new windows. But man, the amount of work needed to prepare for this was... tough. So that's gonna be my excuse for no post for a fair bit of time! My computer did have to get taken down in order to do the window in my room. Then again I do have a laptop that I can use. But I usually only use it in school and I feel all shamed blogging in school. I'm doing it now and wow do I feel guilty. I feel like anyone that passes by knows exactly what I'm doing and is judging me for it! Argh! I hope I'm not turning bright red to cause even more problems.
Another thing that I've noticed with this window thing is how crappy my old window used to be. Well I guess it wasn't really that bad. It was the screen for the window. My old one was so gross! I don't know why. But it got replaced so I'm happy. A little unhappy about the fact that I don't have any blinds for my window at the moment. Though it doesn't actually bother me that much. It's just I have to be careful when changing, or else the neighbors could potentially watch me... though I don't imagine they'd want to... I'd assume they'd just file a complaint instead, claiming I'm causing them to go blind XD

Old Habits
So it would seem that I'm falling back into one of my old habits again. I'm not posting on this blog like I said I would. Well I guess that wouldn't really count as a habit but it's still going against something I said I would. Anyways, so I decided to post about a couple things today. First would be, I can't help but feel like there's no one that reads this anymore because of my month or two of not posting anything. I hope that isn't the case and there is more than one person that reads this.
Secondly, I'll talk about school. So It's been the first week and a bit of school since my first day of school started in the middle of last week. I've been to all my classes and met all my profs. At the beginning of each of them we were told that we'd be swamped with course work for their respective classes. So from the looks of it, I'll be very busy. Hopefully, I'll be able to find time to post on my blog on the weekends at the least. If I don't, well feel free to complain, I'll more than likely receive the complaint and act on it. I've fortunately met some other people at the school... sorta, we kinda say hi when we get to class and talk a little in class when the prof isn't explaining something. But that's about it. I don't really understand this whole interacting with other people concept. Well that's not entirely true, but I struggle as I don't tend to talk to people I don't know that well much. Actually that's a lie, I sometimes don't even talk to people I know. Beh, I hope I can post more often then I won't have these stupid long posts. Whatever, that's something for another post!

It's the New Year!
So yeah, as you may have already noticed, my last post was waaaay back in October. The 29th to be exact. As you might be able to guess, things like school and life take priority to posting on this blog, as they will for this year as well, but I still plan to make a little bit more of an effort to post here at least once a week. Posts will likely include random thoughts from the week and blah blah, pretty much the same stuff as always. Posting comments is always most welcome as it lets me know if anyone reads this! Anyways, until my next post! Hope this year turns out to be a good one for everyone! Now, off to wait for 2 more hours before class!
