Last 2 Days at sea
So on the last two days at sea, we didn't really do much. We mostly lounged around on the deck reading. That's why I can put them both into the same post! I'd have to say the highlights were dinner, playing house of the dead 4 and watching the shows. One was a magician and the other was a comedian. Both really entertaining to watch. Although the only problem with the show with the magician was the fact that we ended up sitting in the lamest seats ever. so you couldn't really see what was happening. Well that was the last 2 days at sea. Wow, that ends my vacation that I had in February. Took me long enough eh? I'm sure I missed some things about the trip because it's been so long. I apologize but I will post up some pictures soon. Look forward to them (^-^)

Manzanillo
Or at least that's how I think you spell it! Anyways, this day was going to be our last excursion. After that it would be another 2 days at see. Which also meant we were almost done with our vacation. Ugh so depressing! Anyways, for our excursion again we went snorkeling as you may already have guessed or read in an earlier post. I'd have to say the boat that we were on wasn't as neat as the last one. But we got on right off the ship. So it was a little bit convenient. It was essentially going from one boat to another. So we get to our destination and we get our gear and go. The water this time was almost as clear as the second time but just a little bit worse. We saw plenty of fish which is awesome, saw some coral which is also awesome. But I'd have to say that the guides for this trip were better than the rest. These guys were really good. They actually caught a few fish and brought them up to show us which was pretty neat. I think they caught a water spider and a blow fish. Put them in an aquarium for us to look at on the way back. On the way back as well, they had some entertainment ready for us. Mostly just some music and a drinks. Which ended up being a drinking contest on the way back. I didn't participate but I did have a drink. Just one! Once we were back on the boat, we did the usual sit and read on deck. Well, until dinner. After dinner we did something but I don't remember, but after that we went to the show they had ready for us. This time I'm not sure but I think it was this musical thing. Were they had the cruises dancers perform various scenes from different musicals. One that I remember was they did a dance to Pinball Wizard by the Who. It wasn't very good... the singer just didn't sound quite right which made the song sound funny. Also the tempo of the song was different as well... I'd say it was slower than the original. After that sleep!

Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa
First thing I'd like to say is yay to my new blogger template. The only problem with it, is that I can't make a new post right from my blog. I won't explain :P
Anyways, back to blogging about my vacation that happened months ago. So at this port we got to go snorkeling again! Woot! This time however, it was a small village so the port wasn't big enough for the boat to dock. So we got on smaller boats that were on the ship and went to shore that way. It was really nice there! I'd say out of all the stops, this one was the best. One thing that I would like to point out, is the number of armed soldiers at the dock was a lot higher than I expected. To be fair, I wasn't expecting there to be any armed guards.
Just so you know, I'm not saying much about the morning because I don't remember much of a morning. I'm pretty sure I slept through 90% of it! So we got to shore and we were waiting to start our excursion. We got to ride small boats again, but this time we headed for a boat that wasn't quite as large as our cruise ship. None the less it was still fairly large. Anyways, once everyone was on the boat, we set off to go to our snorkeling area. The sky was clear the scenery was beautiful. It was very relaxing. Once we started snorkeling, I realized that this was much nicer than the first time. The first time the water was kinda murky and green. Here the water was clear and much less green! Still very salty though :P
After the snorkeling was done, we set back to the dock. The crew of the boat were very friendly. Overall, this was the best snorkeling trip we had gone on the entire trip. Well, in my opinion. We got back, we went shopping in town. It wasn't too far. There we bought vanilla. Lots of vanilla. And apparently high quality vanilla! After that we went back to the boat and ate dinner. After that I'm pretty sure we hung around maybe walked around the boat a bit, and then headed for a show! Unfortunately I don't remember what the show was... I think it might have been a hypnotist. It was very entertaining to watch. There was a safe for everyone to enjoy show and a show for adults. Nothing terrible really happened in the adult one. But I guess it was a little less safe for kids. I somewhat regret not volunteering for the earlier show, I think it would've been interesting to be hypnotized. Oh well!

Are Arcades Dead?
Well are they? I remember back when I was younger, one of the things that I loved to do, was go to the arcade with my cousin and my dad. Eventually this would become my 2 cousins and my dad. Then it became my 2 cousins, my dad and occasionally another person, either another cousin or sometimes even an uncle and another cousin. But that doesn't really matter. All that did matter was the fact that going to the arcade was fun. One fond memory would be this arm wrestling game. I remember my cousin, my dad and I would team up and we beat the arm wrestling game together. Yea, it's technically cheating but still it was fun. Also the tickets you got from playing some of the games was also pretty awesome. You could get prizes afterwards. I don't actually remember using any of the tickets because we would always say, we'll save them for that big prize that's worth a whole bunch of tickets. Also, it was awesome to see your initials at the top of that list and then when you come back after a month or so, your name is still up there but the names underneath yours were different. That was always satisfying (^-^)
However, nowadays, the only arcades I see are those tiny little ones with about 4-8 machines in them. I don't know why but I think the idea of an Arcade is gone. People would rather play the games like Halo 3 or something on their X-Box 360 rather than go out to an arcade and spend money. Although I can see the appeal of not having to spend what used to be 25 cents just for one play. It's just not quite the same as an arcade. The atmosphere is different. You don't hear the numerous different machines playing their own soundtracks at the same time. One thing that I liked about arcades was that you could go with friends, instead of sitting in a room.. alone. Sure you could have friends over and they could play at the same time, but it's still not quite the same. I think it's more fun to spend time with your friends outside of the house rather than inside one. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy spending time with my friends no matter where we are, I just think there's more variety of things that you can do outside of the house.
Oh well, I guess if ever I want to visit something like an arcade, I'll have to go to the theaters. (-_-)

Songs I'd like to learn

So recently I've been thinking about what songs I'd like to learn. For the most part, the songs that I've been learning are mostly Rock. Songs like "Stranger things have happened" by the Foo Fighters and "Wanted Dead or Alive" by Bon Jovi. I don't know why but I kinda wanna learn more soothing type songs. Not that I'm saying anything bad about those songs. I don't really know how to put it. One song I've been trying to learn is "My Name is Jonas" by Weezer but progress on that one has been slow to say the least. But that song is pretty close to what I want to learn. If you know of any songs and where I can get a tab for that song, please do let me know.
Err about that picture if you see it, it means my little experiment worked and I can post pictures! Yay! And if you were curious, that would be one of my guitars! I have one more and it's an acoustic rather than the electric one you may or may not see!

*Sigh* Understandable I guess...
Well I posted something asking for opinions and got none (T-T)
Not that I didn't expect, but I still got my hopes up a little. But then again... it is a subject that isn't very easy to comment on. Not to mention most of my readers that I know of, are in the middle of exams so instead of checking my blog, they should be checking their text books for the material they need to study. But still, it's a little bit discouraging to see that no one is leaving comments. Please... no pity comments...
Anyways, I've actually gotten a little bit tired of this whole stretch of serious topics that I've been posting up too. Once I finish posting, I just feel... not quite angry or sad or anything... it's just not happy. Which was kinda the reason that I made this blog in the first place! So I'll go back on track with what I wanted to do originally. Post up stuff about random thoughts or little things about what I've done. Nothing depressing will be posted for a long time hopefully. On that note, I think I'll get back to my posting about the vacation that happened awhile ago. (^-^)

Question! April 9th
Ok I'd really like your opinions on this one readers. Oh yeah, I'm going to refer to anyone that reads this blog as my readers. Alright, so in Florida a group of teenage girls brutally beat another. I'm going to go into more details just hold on.
For a better idea as to what I'm talking about, here's the story that I found.

Yes, I'm aware that it is youtube but still it's a real story none the less.
Ok so there were 8 teenagers, 6 girls and 2 guys. The guys didn't really do that much in this one but they did stand guard at the door of the house in which this happened. I guess they were standing watch to make sure no one came in and no one could help. Moving on, the 6 girls had invited another girl to this house and once she was there they beat her up. 6 on 1. Yeah... that's fair. The reason I bring this up is because, it's stories like this that really bother me. I don't really know what other people think about stories like this, or how the people should be charged. Me personally, I would prefer to see these people that gang up on one person get beat. I'm very much aware that it will never happen, but I would still like to see it. Just as a side note, I'm not telling you readers to go find these people and beat them, it's just an opinion. I'll put my trust in the legal system, in that it will find an appropriate punishment for these... people.
Another thing that bothers me about this, is that some people will try to blame anything else but these stupid kids. I'm sure I'll hear things like, "it's because of video games", "violence in movies" or other things. I disagree with these statements, because these kids are simply messed up in they're heads. Another example of messed up people, not too long ago a man was beaten while he slept in a park. He had moved to here to find work and since there's a housing problem in the city, he was sleeping in a sleeping bag in the park. In which these guys, we don't know who they are, came and beat him. He's in the friggin' hospital now. These people are quite simply bad people, and I don't know if I'd feel any remorse if anything bad happened to them.
Err... now that you've heard my very negative opinion on these types of people please leave comments, with your opinion. I'm very interested to read them. I'll be posting again once I've heard some opinions in response to your opinions. Well I might...
