So because it's taking me a little bit longer than I thought to get all of these recaps out, I'm starting to forget exact details of my vacation. For some people when this happens it's understandable, they're usually busy with real life. That is not the case with me... I've got the time to be able to do this but I've just been lazy... *Sigh*
Moving on! Day three! Hmmm not much really happened in the morning, other than breakfast and er... maybe a little bit of shopping. Mostly it was for things like the essential things that we forgot back home. Then after that, we went to one of those more trendy places, where it seems all of the people like to be. So we walked around there for a bit, saw the shops and proceeded back to the hotel. This day, mind you, was the day that my sisters and friend would be arriving in San Diego, so my parents went to get them. I was left in the hotel room to do whatever I wanted. What I did wasn't interesting either. In the evening we went to fashion alley with my sisters and friend and walked around the mall. We then went to eat at a place called... P.F. Changs. At least that's what I think it was called. We had already gone there for lunch once already. At dinner we had a generally good time, my sister accidentally ate a chili pepper, and then I was coerced into eating one. And suffered... man I'm no good with spicy food. I like it... sometimes. After that, we went back to the hotel and I think did nothing until it was time to sleep... well nothing interesting. Oh I got my Dad to try those breath right nasal strips! It helped with his snoring until if fell off in the middle of the night. But I personally think it was because he had to remove it and put it back on before going to sleep. I tried it too! It wasn't much different from normal sleep, for me at least. I also got my ear plugs that I forgot at home. My sister kindly brought them with her! YAY! No more listening to people snore for me! But I worry I won't hear things like, oh I don't know, fire alarms! That's one thing I don't really like about ear plugs.

Day 2 and a quick note...well maybe not so quick
Alright so day 2! Well I didn't get up very early... so we didn't really do anything in the morning. So nothing interesting there. Well I can't say that, we went to fashion alley or something like that and went shopping. But if you don't find that kind of thing interesting then ya... nothing interesting there. The afternoon we went to a museum of an aircraft carrier. The Midway Museum! Yay! It was neat learning about the aircraft carrier, learning is fun! One of the things that I will always remember was the flight simulator. Not because it was something neat, but it was something that happened while in the simulator. So you would have 2 people in the simulator at the same time so my dad and I got in. We had the option of switching who the pilot was and the gunner. At first I was the pilot and we flew around trying to shoot down other planes but failed. Instead we got shot down once or twice, in which you would simply restart. Then we switched to my Dad as the pilot. At first it was similar to when I was piloting... but then he started flying downwards towards the ground for some reason... as you may have already guessed, we crashed into the ground. TWICE! He did the same thing twice! I couldn't help but laugh about that one. We also got shot down while he was the pilot... though I'm pretty sure that they didn't need to, since we would eventually fly into the ground anyways... The rest of the museum was incredibly interesting, I recommend you go see it if you're in the San Diego area.
The evening was better than the first! We weren't as tired so we decided to go for a walk and look for a restaurant to eat at. While we were walking we saw plenty of people doing the same thing as us or something similar. However, the only thing incredibly interesting about that evening was that when we were walking back to the hotel after dinner at TGI Fridays, very similar to places like Chili's, there was a homeless man asking for money. When my parents refused to whip out their wallets and give him money we were yelled at. But the interesting thing was what he yelled. He said, "GO BACK TO KOREA!!!". This leads me to ask, do I look like I'm from Korea? Why Korea? Why not China or Japan? Whatever. Then we returned to our room and proceeded to sleep. End of Day 2.
As for the quick note, today I went out with friends for a birthday thing. Technically I should say 2 birthday things since two people had a birthday on the same day. Anyways, late in the evening after a BBQ for lunch, hanging around, playing "Street Ball" or simply put Basketball and eating dinner at Pho So, we went to this place called Cafe Med. It is a sheesha bar which is something new to me. So I decided that I would try it out. What sheesha is, is a pipe like contraption in which you smoke something... I don't really know what it is, but my friends say it's good... now that I think about it, that's not really a good thing to say. Whatever! Moving on, the evening was enjoyable, but I'm not a huge fan of sheesha, I found I left with a headache and an odd but still very painful pressure behind my right eye. But none the less, an enjoyable evening. When I got back home and told my parents about my evening, my mom was very dissapointed with me. She seems to think that the sheesha bar is very similar to an opium den from the past China. She was telling me that those kinds of places are where people go to do drugs such as cocaine and smoke pot. She also seems to think that what is smoked in the place is dangerously addictive... I kinda have to disagree...

Recap
So as I'm pretty sure I said in my previous post I would start to tell you of what happened during my vacation last week or so. Anyways I'm going to try to do this in a each day is a single post type format. Unless I did too much or have too much to say. But none the less you'll know of what day I'm talking about and general time and such. Alright so I guess I'll start with day 1!
It wasn't all that exciting since it involved lots of waiting in the airport and flying. During the flight I either slept or listened to my Ipod. Not very exciting. Oh, occasionally I would look out the window to see the clear skies and the clouds below. It's something I enjoy doing while flying. The waiting and flying lasted from about 9:00am Calgary time to about 5:30pm San Diego time. The flight was in the afternoon but we got a ride from my dear sister to the airport. But the only time she could do that without interfering with her work was to bring us to the airport at 9:00...ish. Once we got there, we went to get the rental car that we would be driving around in. In which the shuttle that was supposed to pick us up was late. I didn't mind that much but we were kinda tired from traveling so it made us a bit cranky. Remember that for the rest of the post... I don't think me or my parents are usually unreasonable. Anyways, we get the shuttle ride to the rental, then we find out they made a mistake with the rental. They tried to give us a 4 door sedan when we asked for a minivan. Easy mistake right? So instead we get this really big SUV, the Secoya? I probably spelled that wrong and got the wrong vehicle but whatever.
After getting the car, we decide it's time to go to hotel to get our room that we booked. So we get directions from the guy in the rental place and head out. However, the place he pointed out was the wrong place. Another simple mistake, but still we were very annoyed. After getting lost 4 times and taking a wrong turn 3 times, we finally arrive at the hotel. My dad gets angry because he can't find the underground parking, but eventually we find it. We get to the room and my mom tells us it kinda smells funny. But it's your generic hotel room. It wasn't the best I've seen nor the worst. Kinda in the middle. Moving on... we sit around a bit looking at everything in the room and seeing what we can see from the window. We then decide that it's time to eat dinner... at 10:00pm local time. We decide we're to worn out to go eat out at a restaurant so we opt for pizza instead. We get our pizza and some hot wings and return to the room and eat said food. We then call it a night. I struggle to sleep through my Dads very loud snoring... I didn't know he snored that loud...

I have returned
Quick little side note: Starcraft is boat loads of fun!
Anyways, so I've finally returned from my vacation down in the US and various parts of Mexico. I would talk more about the trip but, unfortunately, I am very tired. I do not think I travel well. Either that or I'm just tired because of the large delays during my trip back. We left for the airport in San Diego at about 11:30 in the morning and our flight was scheduled for 4:43 or something like that. It ended up getting delayed to 5:05pm. We then reached Denver and got delayed again from a flight at 9:05pm which didn't leave until 11:35pm. Which also we got downgraded to a smaller plane and the flight ended up being overbooked by 34 people! 34 PEOPLE!!! So everyone with a seat number higher than... err.. 20 I think... ended up being stuck in Denver until the flight at 9:00 tomorrow evening.
So now here I am writing this post for you at 3:55 in the morning. I hope you keep reading, I will try to tell you about my trip... if I can remember :)

For those of you...
Alright so as you people who read my blog know, I posted not too long ago about me not posting on this blog anymore. Well that was only half true. I did post a comment on my own post, but I realize that some people aren't weird like me and check comments on other peoples blogs. Well, I only check comments on the blogs of people I know. But I guess it's still kinda creepy anyways. Well I don't know how many people believed me and actually stopped checking my blog.
Anyways, the reason that I made that post was because for the next little while, I probably won't be able to update my blog or anything due to a lack of internet connection. Well technically that's not true... but it's really expensive to use the internet. Which is money that I don't have, as you all may know. Not to mention I may be a little bit busy doing other things. But I will continue blogging afterwards.
And now for something that's somewhat blog-like. So today, I got to my destination to start my holidays. So, because of where I'm vacationing and the fact that I find it's a little too cold to wear a t-shirt when leaving my home town, I wore a long sleeve shirt and a hoodie as well as a rain jacket, as there is a chance that it will rain here at my vacation destination. So first, on the plane, I was getting a little bit hot, and while trying to get my jacket off, I kinda got tangled in my jacket and hoodie. So while sitting there on the plane, mid flight, I was struggling and looking like an idiot trying to take off my rain jacket. Then when I get to my vacation destination, I find that the weather is much warmer than I thought it would be. I felt like I was going to die! Not actually... I was just really uncomfortable. Just for you people that might be thinking, "Why didn't you just put your jacket and such in your carry on bag or something?" Well I say, I would've done that because it makes a lot of sense. Unfortunately, my carry on bag was already full of stuff and I couldn't fit anything more into it T-T. Currently I'm in the hotel... it's ok... I've seen better, but I've also seen worse. I'd say it's kinda in the middle. For the people that went to the same high school as me and were on the same sports teams as me. The room is fairly similar to the kinds of rooms we got during the trips we took with the school teams. Nice, but not that nice. I hope you know what I mean. Well I hope the weather is pleasant wherever you are. I hope it remains pleasant here at my vacation destination.

So I'm just going to let you all know, that you shouldn't bother checking my blog anymore. The reason being that it won't be getting any posts put on it. I won't be writing anything anymore. I might post some things that catch my attention in the next three days, but after that, I won't be. It's been fun!
See ya!
